If you have a disability or health condition that affects your employment, talk to your direct line manager to discuss possible adjustments. Your manager will work with you to make reasonable adjustments to your work environment in order to help you realise your full potential in the workplace and to ensure your needs are fully met. Your HR representative and the Disability Resource Centre (DRC) can also help answer any questions if needed.
