Using various frameworks and research, including an interactive exercise designed by and for NASA, this practical skills workshop, will:

  • Show you how to build a high performance team
  • Give you tips to run more productive meetings
  • Discuss the pitfalls of “groupthink”
  • Explain the effect on performance of elements such as diversity and time
  • Demonstrate the power of collaborative teamwork.

About the presenter

Adam Davies, a Sloan Fellow (Leadership & Strategy) from London Business School, is an international entrepreneur and business expert who is the currently the Program Lead for the University of Oxford’s Entrepreneurship Program.

Adam has an incredible amount of practical knowledge of the startup ecosystem and has extensive experience in advising and mentoring entrepreneurs on their startup ideas. He has previously developed curriculum and delivered entrepreneurship and leadership programs at various leading international institutions such as AIESEC (Global Leadership), the University of Oxford, and the SP Jain Institute of Management Research, and has been the Entrepreneur in Residence/Mentor at London Business School, We Work, Techstars and Microsoft Accelerator in London.
