This presentation will form part of the inaugural Deakin International Commercial Arbitration Moot, sponsored by Allens.
The Moot is an initiative borne out of Deakin Law School's Centre on the Legal Profession, in which six teams from four Victorian universities will compete. Deakin Law School is honoured to welcome Ms Filipix as judge and speaker on the night.
