Biography
Ms Miranda Douglas-Crane has held senior executive and non-executive board positions in the transport, water, health, education and financial services industries. She was General Manager of Operations with RACV Pty Ltd from 2002 to 2009 and acted as Chief Executive Officer on numerous occasions. Prior to that she was Director Commercial Services and General Manager Corporate Resources with VicRoads between 1994 and 2001.
Miranda is currently a Board member of the National Occupational Licensing Authority and the Western Regional Water Corporation and the RACV Foundation, and was previously a Board member of Austin Health and Special Olympics (Victoria).
Miranda is Deputy Chair of the Finance and Business Affairs Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee, and is a member of the People and Culture Committee.
