Biography

I have spent quite a number of years in academia in the economics discipline, teaching, researching and undertaking a wide variety of administrative duties, including committee work. Prior to this, I worked for a relatively short period of time in government as an analyst. I have a very strong interest in economic theory and its applications to cost-benefit analysis and legal economics. While the latter is a well- developed field of study in the USA, and to a lesser extent Europe, it is still in a fledgling state in Australia.
