Biography summary

Gunveen is a Senior Lecturer in Nutritional Sciences at Deakin University. Her teaching interests include physiology, nutrition and lifestyle diseases. Gunveen is also a member of Deakin’s Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN). Her research is aimed at exploring the role of dietary fat in the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease at a clinical and molecular level.
