Biography
Kelly Green is a Teaching Scholar of Tort Law in Deakin Law School. Kelly's teaching interests include Defamation Law, Torts Law, Legal Practice & Ethics and foundational first-year knowledge and skills-based units.
Prior to joining Deakin, she was in private practice for a number of years, originally specialising in Commercial Litigation at a well-known Melbourne law firm. She appeared regularly in both the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit Court, before moving into Property & Commercial law.
Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Deakin University and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in Australia.
