Dr Grahams research interests are in the area of womens reproductive health with a focus on:

- Health and well being of childless women

- Social exclusion, inclusion and connectedness

- Patterns, trends, experiences and portrayals of childlessness

- Hysterectomy outcomes (general health and well being including sexual health and functioning)

- Womens reproductive health and rights
