Biography
Associate Professor Nicole Kiss is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 25 years’ experience in nutrition and cancer within clinical, research and health service management positions. Nicole's research interests include early identification and management of cancer-related malnutrition and muscle loss, interventions to optimise nutritional and functional outcomes during and after cancer therapy with a particular focus on body composition. She is co-lead of the Exercise and Nutrition for Cancer research group within the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition.

She is a member of the Institute for Physical Acitvity and Nutrition (IPAN). Her research investigates interventions to optimise nutritional and functional outcomes during cancer treatment, improving the recognition and management of cancer malnutrition, sarcopenia and body composition in cancer, and the evaluation of novel models of health care delivery.
