Taught in primary schools for seven years, teaching a range of year levels. I was able to apply for and successfully plan and implement a range of research projects during this time, based on eLearning and Student Engagement and Wellbeing. These projects were run in conjunction with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Education. For three of these years, I was whole school coordinator of eLearning. In 2013, I coordinated a professional development course for teachers of primary and secondary schools, again in conjunction with the DEECD, 'Managing Challenging Behaviours'.
