Research interests

Interest in clinical dietetics as it relates to improving evidence based management. Clinical interest ins in the area of ICU and gastrointestinal surgery

International Health/Nutrition - particularly interested in child stunting and relationship to social and economic development

Contribute to teaching into masters of Dietetics programs with a focus in clinical dietetics and professional development
