Dr Steve Jaynes is a lecturer in the Department of Management at Deakin University. Steve has over 20 years of experience in research, teaching and consulting in the fields of business strategy, leadership, organisational culture, and change management. He has designed and delivered a wide range of business strategy and leadership programs for private and public sector organisations in Australia and the Asia Pacific. A key focus in my teaching and facilitation is the transferability of concepts and tools from the classroom - physical and digital - to the workplace.
Steve was the interim MBA Director for 2017, and in his short time in this role, he has continued to work on the priority areas of internationalisation, alumni development, accreditation, and building industry connections. As the Deputy Director of the MBA, my role also included the internationalisation of the MBA program, the development of industry links through an Industry adjunct program, building the alumni network, and developing the Residential mode of teaching in the MBA program.Read more on Steve's profile
