Deakin University, the South West Local Learning and Employment Network (SWLLEN) and South West Institute of TAFE jointly sponsored six one page ‘Education and Workforce Supplements’ in the Standard newspaper in 2010.  Each feature had a theme and included job opportunities from an industry perspective, stories of school leavers and mature-aged students’ or graduates’ pathways to achieving their employment goals and an item ‘demystifying’ an aspect of education.
