The Alfred Deakin Research Institute and the Faculty of Arts and Education are offering an ADRI-Faculty research secondment opportunity. This is an annual one-trimester research leave program, articulating with a research theme or project, for a School-based member of ADRI. The funding consists of teaching replacement (at level B) for the trimester, plus support for activities relating to the successful proposal.

This fellowship is available to a research-active member of the School who has not already secured or applied for ASL in the period, 2012-14.

Applicants should submit a 2-page proposal for how an ADRI-Faculty fellowship will advance a project that articulates with ADRI priority themes and/or projects, and a CV of no more than 6 pages.

A selection panel comprising the Head of School, Associate Head of School, Research, and Director and Deputy Director of ADRI will assess applications and recommend appointment. The successful applicant will be based at the Geelong Waterfront Campus. The successful applicant will also be expected to drive the process of securing a teaching replacement satisfactory to discipline needs.

Applications close March 7 2014.
