Alfred Deakin: from journalist to international diplomat

Alfred Deakin: from journalist to international diplomat celebrates the public identity of one of Australia's most significant historical figures. A gifted journalist, public speaker and world traveller, Deakin served three terms as Australia's prime minister during the formative years of the Commonwealth of Australia. This exhibition uses striking graphic panels and an audio visual presentation to highlight Alfred Deakin's achievements.

This exhibition has been developed as part of Deakin University's 40th anniversary celebrations and will travel to other campus and regional locations.
