Alumni administration

Central Alumni Office

The Central Alumni Office is established to oversee, provide specialised support for and co-ordinate the Alumni activities and communications of the members, chapters and interest groups that form part of the Deakin Alumni Community.

Alumni Reference Group

In 2004 the Deakin Alumni Reference Group (ARG) was established to guide the ongoing development of the Deakin Alumni Community. The ARG is comprised of staff from all areas of the university including all relevant faculties, divisions and internal service providers.

Alumni reporting

Nominated Alumni Reference Group members are able to perform individual chapter reporting, view Alumni survey results and access general Alumni registration statistics. Users are required to set up general access permission to the Callista system before reporting can be undertaken. Visit the Callista access site to apply for access permission.

To access the Alumni database please choose Alumni reporting from the right hand menu or link below. For more information on Alumni reporting contact the Central Alumni Office.

Alumni Community procedural guidelines for chapters

As part of the development process, the Alumni Reference Group (ARG) in conjunction with the wider University community agreed to implement a decentralised Alumni structure along with guidelines that the Deakin Alumni Community would operate within to ensure consistency in all Deakin alumni engagements. The guidelines are reviewed annually by the ARG.
