Dr Brian Lloyd AM (former academic staff member and graduate)
 – who passed away recently. Dr Lloyd was an early pioneer of the Deakin engineering course and a distinguished member of the engineering profession. Our sincere sympathies go out to his family and friends.

Raymond Cadmore (2013) who was recently awarded a prestigious Fulbright 2014 Professional VET Scholarship to undertake research in North Carolina USA with Forsyth Technical Community College.
