Registering your membership application
If you are a graduate or current or past staff member of Deakin University or one of its antecedent institutions, you are eligible to become a member of the global Deakin Alumni Community. Membership is free.
To enable us to process your application online, it is important to include your full name, student or staff identification number and date of birth. If you can not recall your student or staff member, please email the Deakin Central Alumni Office at deakin-alumni@deakin.edu.au or phone +61 3 5227 1019.
All information supplied to the Central Alumni Office will remain strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose other than Alumni engagement without your prior approval Read our Privacy statement.
Career information interviewing and mentoring service
The Deakin Alumni Community offers members the chance to participate in Deakin's Career information interviewing and mentoring service (Ciims). This voluntary service enables final year undergraduate students and postgraduate students the opportunity to engage with Alumni to assist the students to make informed and successful career planning choices. When registering to be an Alumni member, you are able to volunteer to participate in this program on the membership application form.

Updating your contact details
If you are an existing Alumni member, you are able to update your membership details online. Also use the link below to register or deregister yourself as a career information interviewer or mentor.
