ASK and SEE team

The ASK and SEE Program is an instant, positive and proactive support program within the Faculty of Arts and Education, which operates under the auspices of the AERG. The program has grown from the 'Ask Jan' pilot (Melbourne Burwood campus, 2010) which was initiated in response to the recommendations contained in the 'Faculty of Arts and Education Access and Equity Report and proposed Action Plan, 2009.'

The ASK and SEE team now operate on Melbourne Burwood, Geelong Waurn Ponds and Warrnambool campuses, for on-campus and off-campus students. Members of the team can see any Arts and Education student who has a query about any university life or study issue or who feels ‘stuck’ at a particular time. Help with planning and assistance with academic skills is available.

The team can answer quick questions, work with students one-on-one about particular issues, or direct students to other university services.
