The Centre for Partnerships and Projects in Education (CPPE) supports staff in the School of Education to participate in a range of community partnerships and educational projects. The Centre reflects the School of Education's commitment to engaging with the larger community in order to enhance the educational opportunities of young people in schools and early childhood settings, as well as people in other educational contexts.
The CPPE has taken carriage of major contract research projects on behalf of the state and federal governments, involving teams of researchers, ranging across such areas as Science Education, Language and Literacy, Mathematics and Numeracy, Early Childhood, Applied Learning, and School Leadership. It has also been responsible for developing and implementing significant professional learning programs both in the government and non-government sectors.
