Reece has many years experience in a variety of roles across all media. He is currently the Managing Director of his own interactive media business, BINARY BLUE, which specialises in the development of boutique Web2 environments and e-learning. Clients include ESSO, ABC, and State and Commonwealth governments.

He is also responsible for research/evaluation, project management, information architecture, systems design, instructional design and content integration.

Reece is currently a member of the RMIT University Media Program Advisory Committee, eWorks Elearning Advisory Group, Deakin University Masters of Arts: Creative Enterprise Academic Advisory Board and Charles Sturt University School of Information Studies Course Advisory Committee. He is also President of the Information Architecture Institute of Australia (IAIA).
