Angela Ivey
My name is Angela Ivey and I did my internship at Melbourne Weekly and United Church Publications. From this internship, I learned how two different publications operate. The experience that I gained from the two different publications has helped me for the future as I wrote articles, interviewed people and edited some articles. I would definitely recommend that any writing student undertake an internship because you get hands-on experience needed before graduating. Whether you participate in one placement or more, it's interesting to see how similar and different the experience can be.
