City Program - Melbourne Burwood Campus
At the third year level, full-time students enrolled in the city program will undertake 2 days of professional experience placement and 2 or 3 days of on campus classes per week. Each professional experience placement starts with a 5-day block and concludes with a 5-day block. Full-time students undertake 2 placements per year.
Part-time students will be required to undertake 1 day of professional experience placement per week and attend 1 or 2 days of on campus classes. Each professional experience placement starts with a 5-day block and concludes with a 5-day block. Part-time students undertake 1 placement per year.
Rural Program - Geelong and Warrnambool Campuses
At the third year level, full-time students enrolled in the rural program will undertake 2 days of professional experience placement per week. Each professional experience placement starts with a 5-day block and concludes with a 5-day block. Full-time students undertake 2 placements per year. Students will also attend a 2-day on campus intensive held 3 times each trimester. Intensives are conducted on either the Geelong or Warrnambool campuses on a Friday and Saturday.
Part-time students undertake 1 day of professional experience placement per week. Each professional experience placement starts with a 5-day block and concludes with a 5-day block. Part-time students undertake 1 placement per year. Students will also attend 1 day of each on campus intensive (usually the Saturday).
