BACHELOR OF HEALTH AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Application Procedure:

If you are currently doing VCE in any secondary school in Victoria , you do not need to complete this form. You will only need to apply via VTAC.

All non-VCE applicants must complete this form and a VTAC application .

Complete and return this form by 27 September to be considered for early round.

Very late and change of preference applications will not be considered if this requirement has not been fulfilled by 23 December.

A. Complete a VTAC application form, available from: www.vtac.edu.au

B. This form is issued as part of selection into the course for non-VCE applicants..

It is important that you fill out the online form as fully and as accurately as possible

Please ensure you submit all relevant documentation to VTAC
