The AYAD program is managed by Austraining on behalf of AusAID. The program aims to place 18-30 year olds on short-term assignments in developing nations across the Asia-Pacific region, and Africa. Applicants must be between 18 - 30 years old.

International Internships aims to assist in making the internship process simpler and more effective. The organisation has strong relationships with organisations in each of the countries it works in and will be able to find a placement that matches your skills, interests and ambitions. It offers support prior and during the duration of the internship, allowing for a meaningful and mentored internship.

Youth Challenge Australia (YCA) www.youthchallenge.org.au
YCA is an independent and autonomous part of the larger organisation Youth Challenge International. YCA has a development focus. Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old, and be an Australian citizen or resident.
Upon return to Australia, you are required to also complete 50 hours of local volunteer work in order to receive your certificate of completion from YCA.
