Teaching responsibilities Contemporary Journalism (ALJ111); Comparative Journalism (ALJ112); Multimedia Journalism (ALJ301); And, Multimedia Reporting (ALJ701).
Research interests Transforming contemporary news media including citizen journalism and community media; Transnational journalism practices; impact of the globalisation of media; and Asian media including news media in India (print, television and online journalism).
Current research projects In progress: Dr Rodrigues is working on a co-authored book (with Dr M. Ranganathan) "Indian News Media: From Observer to Participant", Sage Publications (publication year 2013).
