Role and profile Associate Professor Renate Howe has filled a number of research development positions within the Faculty. She is a member of the Faculty's Centre for Citizenship and Human Rights and Cultural Heritage Centre for Asia and the Pacific.
Teaching responsibilities Australian Studies, especially urban, environmental and indigenous issues and Research Methods.
Research interests Current research is focused on the involvement of women in international social reform movements and issues of community and governance among Australian urban activists in the 1960s and 70s.
