At University level, the Vice-Chancellor's Awards for Excellent Contributions to Deakin recognise both individual teaching excellence and outstanding projects. Several highly acclaimed external teaching awards are offered at Industry level and nationally through organisations such as the Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC).
