Business Internship Program
How to enrol
Enrolment in the unit is subject to approval of the student’s application by the Program Coordinator.
An essential element of the application process is the negotiation by the student of details of the internship with the host organisation.
It will be the student’s responsibility to establish contact with the host and arrange for the completion of the BIP Student Application Form (Internship Agreement) which includes an Indemnity Form (if internship is unpaid) as well as other requirements of the unit.
Faculty sourced internships may be available in some instances. For these opportunities the student will still be required to negotiate the details of their internship with the nominated host organisation and complete all required documentation.
Unlike other undergraduate units students cannot enrol directly into MMI301 or MMI302 (via StudentConnect) until a completed BIP Student Application Form is submitted and approved.
