This form is provided for organisations interested in hosting a student. Please email the form to the Program Coordinator who will then contact you to discuss your requirements.
Host Expression of Interest Form [28KB Word document]
Hosts who take on an intern are required to complete a brief evaluation of the experience. This is not used for assessment purposses but to give the Program Co-ordinator feedback on the internship experience for the host.
