The Information Kit contains the information needed by both hosts and students including application forms. The forms are also available below in an editable Word format so that they can be filled in and emailed.

Expression of Interest
This form is provided for organisations interested in hosting a student. Please email the form to the Program Coordinator who will then contact you to discuss your requirements.

Evaluation
Hosts who take on an intern are required to complete a brief evaluation of the experience. This is not used for assessment purposes but to give the Program Coordinator feedback on the internship experience for the host.
