Six teacher mentors have the opportunity to establish networks within the business community while strengthening links with other educators. Team building and business skills developed during the week will further enhance the professional development opportunities for teachers.
Providing a unique career development, 6 business mentors will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment with the young people who will be the business leaders of the future.
The primary role of mentors is to guide the students in their business decisions and to help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience. Mentors are rewarded with the enthusiasm of watching the young entrepreneurs and business leaders of the future.
A training session for mentors is held on Monday morning, the first day of the program.
