You will gain an understanding of the relevant principles and processes for a professional role in the property field. You can also benefit with specialisations in sustainability, business or built environment.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Property and Real Estate are highly sought after and find employment as property developers, private or government valuers, property advisors, market research analysts, property sales and acquisition consultants, financiers, sustainability consultants, property and asset managers, leasing agents and land economists.
Professional recognition
The Bachelor of Property and Real Estate has professional accreditation with the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Graduates will be eligible for registration as a Certified Practicing Valuer.
