Course Information

Master of Management (Personal Injury)

The Master of Management (Personal Injury) is a 12 credit point Masters degree course developed to meet the academic needs of a commercial partner – the Personal Injury Education Foundation (PIEF) and its constituent members. Those members are a consortium of Australian and New Zealand accident compensation regulators, insurers and claims management organisations who desire to work with Deakin University to provide a postgraduate program focused on meeting the needs of persons working in the accident compensation industry. The program, which consists of this course and its associated Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate and a Master of Business (Personal Injury), combines specialist units in personal injury management and existing core and elective units offered by the Faculty of Business and Law relevant to the work of those in this industry. It will also incorporate one unit provided by Griffith University. The program will be available to employees of PIEF constituent organisations and to any other qualified applicants.
