Recent research: Tanya Castleman is internationally recognised for her research on the business, organisational and social implications of information and communications technologies. Her main research focus is the implementation of eCommerce, eBusiness and eGovernment. Her research aims to identify ways to enhance business performance, achieve better customer service, support regional communities and promote economic development through these technologies.

Tanya has conducted many applied and action research projects for business and government organisations. She has participated in public forums on electronic business and eGovernment. Her research includes investigation of eBusiness in small enterprises, especially its contribution to the development of regional areas.
