| Dr Chao is a senior lecturer in the Department of Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has a PhD from Southern Illinois University and has worked in the United States at the Universities of Mississippi and Oregon State. He is on a number of editorial boards of international journals and has published one book and over 75 refereed journal articles in the areas of International Economics and Environmental Economics. He has taught in the Deakin MBA as well as contributing to the off-campus MPE781 Economics for Managers unit study guide. |
