The Deakin Graduate School of Business is pleased to announce as part of these celebrations that we are the first Graduate School in Australia to sponsor free of charge your participation in the MBAnetworker recruitment service.
MBAnetworker is a professional networking and recruitment online platform that you can use to promote your career.
The platform allows you to present your MBA profile - along with a CV and video recordings, to recruiters worldwide.
Recruiters pay to gain access to this database where you will be profiled. As a Deakin MBA graduate you will not have to pay anything to establish your profile, these service charges will be covered by the Deakin Graduate School of Business. Once enrolled on the system you will be able to remain engaged with this service no matter how many different jobs you take up. You can stay connected for as long as you wish.
As part of the MBAnetworker service, we encourage you to schedule and record your online PostMAT interview. The PostMAT interview is a soft-skills interview designed to highlight the unique soft-skill characteristics of each individual, and allow you to present this skill set to a growing number of global recruiters who use this service. The MBAnetworker service actively recruits potential employers to use this service when looking for staff.
You will have full control of your data and can decide who (if anyone) can view your interview. You can record it any day of the week 24/7 and will have the chance to preview and re-record any answer you give before submitting it.
