As part of a commitment to driving innovation and professionalisation within the retail industry, a new series of though leadership white papers - the retail acumen series - will provide knowledge and insight into key areas of retail and consumer engagement.

This paper combines the results of Deakin research with the potential of Pitney Bowes Software solutions to provide managers with insights into better marketing decision-making.
