Information Systems is an enabling discipline that focuses on the effective and innovative use of information technology by individuals and organisations. Information Systems provides creative solutions that enable organisations to improve their strategic and operational performance as well as making technology more accessible and usable to individuals. In the digital world we live in, courses in Information Systems lead to a wide range of challenging and rewarding careers.
Our School offers undergraduate and postgraduate course work programs, major studies and units in Information Systems focusing on all aspects of the design, development and implementation of information systems, the alignment of technology with organisational strategy and the impacts of information technology systems on people and the wider community. The School also has a dynamic and exciting research program and offers a higher degree by research program.
