How to Apply

Admission Requirements

The main criterion for selection into this course is the likelihood of the applicant completing the course successfully. This is based primarily on academic merit as judged by reference to the results in an approved form of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), or similar qualification, or tertiary or TAFE study. In addition, places may be offered under the Special Entry (mature age) scheme to applicants who are over 21 years of age on 1 January of the year of intended enrolment.

Application Procedures

Applications for Melbourne and Geelong campus, full time or part time, should be made through the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC). Applications for off-campus study should be made direct to the University.

Fees

Commonwealth supported places (CSP, formerly known as HECS) apply to this course. Some fee-paying places may be available. For further information visit the Fees website.

The BBIS is offered on the Melbourne and Geelong campuses of Deakin University.
