The Oxford Companion to the High Court of Australia From the Australian National University. According to the site: "The Oxford Companion to the High Court of Australia will be a pioneering reference work on the High Court, scheduled to be published in 2001. It will be a comprehensive and scholarly publication which will examine the Court's public work, the Court's role in Australian law, politics, and society, and the Court's inner workings. It will be the first time that the Court has been the subject of sustained scholarly and contextual examination as a legal, political, and social institution." Family Court of Australia
Includes contact information, court lists, forms, judgments, information on legal costs, legislation, practice directions, case management guidelines, papers, publications and information and links relating to various family law matters, such as child support, child abuse, confidentiality, de facto relationships, maintenance, separation, property, superannuation etc. An excellent site.

Industrial Relations Court of Australia
Includes contact information, a list of Judges of the Court, Jurisdiction information, reported decisions and Court rules.

Federal Magistrates Court
Form and fee information, court lists, judgments, acts, rules, regulations, information about the court and a great deal more.

Australian Capital Territory

ACT Law Courts
