Ninth Circuit Capital Punishment Handbook
According to the site: 'This 2000 electronic edition of the Capital Punishment Handbook contains United States Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit opinions issued through December 2000. All state and federal statutes are also current. Monthly updates to the Handbook will occur in 2001. Although the Handbook is intended to be a comprehensive annotation of helpful and applicable capital habeas law, the handbook does not contain all opinions issued in habeas corpus cases.'
