Ninth Circuit Capital Punishment Handbook
According to the site: 'This 2000 electronic edition of the Capital Punishment Handbook contains United States Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit opinions issued through December 2000. All state and federal statutes are also current. Monthly updates to the Handbook will occur in 2001. Although the Handbook is intended to be a comprehensive annotation of helpful and applicable capital habeas law, the handbook does not contain all opinions issued in habeas corpus cases.'

Inmates submit legal and personal information free of charge and censorship for any one to study. Also you will see we have a large file of active cases with pleas for legal help. Often you can see documents such as appeals collectively put together by inmates themselves and filed in court. The site offers personal letters, poetry, and artwork plus much more, inmate's address and pertinent information are available for formal or informal contact. Though the site has only about 500 inmates up at the moment we have thousands more to post and get mail daily." Viewers must be over 18 to enter the site.
