The School of Law at Deakin University seeks to provide innovative and distinctive legal education rather than replicating the courses and approaches of other law schools across the country.
The law programs at Deakin have a distinctive and deliberate orientation towards commercial law with practical and theoretical training through small group lectures and tutorials. We seek to make legal education broadly accessible through on and off-campus modes of teaching.
