Following the success of the inaugural National Rural and Regional Law and Justice Conference in 2012, the University of New England School of Law, in collaboration with Deakin University School of Law, hosted the second National Conference in Coffs Harbour on 18-20 May 2012.
The aim of the conference was to bring together academic, researchers, policy makers, practitioners, service providers, and non-government organisations to consider and discuss the law and justice issue confronting rural and regional Australia.

Guest speakers covered a wide range of issues from legal education, rural law, managing rural conflict, indigenous inclusion.
