CRRLJ governance and structure

The Centre's governance structure is designed to ensure both an effective system for dealing with the management and administration of the Centre and a representative voice for key sectors working within the justice system in regional Victoria.

Centre Management Board:
The Board consist of seven members, composed as follows:

Centre Advisory Committee:
Membership includes up to 10 individuals representing key stakeholder organisations. The broad role of the Centre cuts across a number of sectors and professions which is reflected by the composition of the Advisory Committee and includes:

Human Services Sector:

  • Florence Davidson, General Manager Client Services - Mallee Family Care
  • Jessie Mitchell , Victorian Rural Youth Services Support and Advocacy Officer - Youth Affairs Council of Victoria Inc.
  • Patricia Murdock, Executive Manager Industrial Relations - Victorian Farmers Federation
  • Cheryl Sobczyk, Client Services Manager - Bendigo Community Health Centre and Board Member Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association
  • Tony Salter, Regional Advocate - Mental Illness Awareness Council

Legal Services Sector:

  • Fiona McLeay, CEO PILCH Victoria - Melbourne
  • Danny Barlow, Law Institute of Victoria - Director Riordan Legal, Shepparton
  • Marcus Williams, Victoria Legal Aid - Managing Lawyer Legal Aid, Bendigo
  • Peter Noble, Federation of Community Legal Centres - Principal Loddon Campaspie CLC, Bendigo
  • Annette Vickery, Deputy CEO, Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service
