The Faculty has very strict rules on campus transfers. Application forms are available from the Faculty campus office at the Melbourne Campus at Burwood, Warrnabool Campus or the Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds.

How do I transfer from a non-law course into a law course?
Normally the achievement of a minimum WAM of 70 and the completion of eight credit points in their current course is required for the application for transfer to be considered.
How do I transfer from a combined law course to a different law course?
Students who have commenced a combined law course may apply for a transfer to another combined law course on their campus of enrolment upon successful completion of their first year of study. Approval must be sought from both course selection committees from each component of the combined course before approval is granted.
How do I transfer to another campus?
If the student is already in a law course, normally a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) as indicated below would need to be achieved for the application for intercampus transfer to be considered:
Burwood 70, Geelong 70, Warrnambool 70, Off campus 70
How do I transfer from a Full Fee place to a CSP place?
From 2006 if you are an Australian fee-paying student who has completed a minimum of 8 credit points (one yearís full time study),and achieved a weighted average mark of 65 in the last 8 credit points, you will be guaranteed a transfer from a Full Fee place to a CSP. Once this occurs you will retain your CSP for the remainder of your course.
If the student commenced before 2006 they would need to have successfully completed a minimum of 8 credit points and have achieved a credit average, 60% and above to be considered for a fee transfer.
