Applicants into the Bachelor of Laws, Course Code M312, without a previous undergraduate degree, but who have three years work experience in the following areas may be eligible for 8 credit points of unspecified credit OR 1 specified credit point for MLL351 Law Clinic plus 7 credit points of unspecified credit.
NB: Applications for credit into MLL351 Law Clinic will not be accepted once a student is enrolled in the unit.

Applicants who claim competency in an area as a result of prior work experience at an employer with whom they no longer have contact may include a statement of achievements and validate this with a personal statutory declaration.
