Deakin Law Review
The Deakin Law Review welcomes submission of scholarly articles (not exceeding 10,000 – 12,000 words), essays, comments, case notes and book reviews. However, manuscripts that are published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be accepted.
All contributions will be anonymously refereed and must comply with The Australian Guide to Legal Citation.
