Admission requirements

Graduate Certificate of Commercial Law
Available to graduates of any discipline (or to applicants with appropriate qualifications and experience).

Master of Commercial Law
Available to candidates who have completed four years of tertiary study or who have equivalent qualifications and/or experience which, in the opinion of the School of Law's Postgraduate Director, will enable them to undertake the course satisfactorily.
(Note: successful completion of a Graduate Certificate of Commercial Law will satisfy eligibility requirements.)

Master of Laws LLM (by coursework alone or by coursework and minor thesis)
The LLM is available to candidates who have completed four years of tertiary study including an LLB or equivalent, and to candidates with three years of tertiary study including an LLB or equivalent plus qualifications and/or experience which, in the opinion of the School of Law's Postgraduate Director, will enable them to undertake the course satisfactorily.
