The postgraduate program reflects the School of Law's commitment to being a significant centre for teaching and research in commercial law.
Commercial Law is such a vast and constantly changing area that it is inevitably the domain of those with highly specialised expertise. Each of the courses in the program aims to extend the influence of legal expertise beyond a narrow legal framework. In doing so, we seek to enhance the capacity of our graudates to deal with legal issues through an associated understanding of the broader corporate/policy issues.
