The Centre's governance structure is designed to ensure both an effective system for dealing with the management and administration of the Centre and a representative voice for key sectors working within the justice system in regional Victoria.

A Centre Advisory Committee:
Membership includes up to 10 individuals representing key stakeholder organisations. The broad role of the Centre cuts across a number of sectors and professions which is reflected by the composition of the Advisory Committee and includes:
